This page contains topics on the condo we are living in at Hub/Stattegg. As can be expected a house gives a never ending opportunity to change minor things, add a small piece here and there, work in the garden... So this part of our site keeps you posted on the most recent Hub-Home topics

  Topics

Once upon a time Its been a long time ago, but before the condos got built, there was a meadow. Can you imagine how it looked without the condos? Take a look.
In the Begining It was a real nice chaos when we moved to our new home, but it was a wonderful time.
Walkthrough Summer 20001 Are you interested what it looks like after the condos have been built? You are right the meadow has changed a lot. Follow for a summer 2001 walkthrough.
Hub Inside Two years after moving to our home we guess it is ready to join us for on a walk inside.
Basement Tiling It has been a hard work, and it nearly took me three weeks to put the tiles onto the basement floor and the staircase down to the basement. But it was fun.
Stockroom Dad called it a sauna, we think it looks like the sleeping rooms in shelters, but indeed it is our basement stockroom.
Kitchen' door roof Its been a hard work to get this small roof above our kitchen door up. Heidrun did the static math, Mr. Fritz was the fitter in charge, and we did the rest, which was designing, planning, mounting, ordering the glass ...
Bikes place roof Another glass roof. This time it covers the small place, which is meant to home our bikes, barbeque, tomatoes..... Well, a little stock for all those things, which are too clumsy to be put in the basement.
Workshop A small house always needs lots of stuff to be fixed. To handle this, we set up a small workshop, which we filled with a lot of tools.
Hausbank Sitting in front of our house and watching time go by ... needs a Hausbank. The Hausbank was designed by Frank and once again Heidruns static math saved us against break down under full load.
Sandbox To give the children a place to create their little world, we created a sandbox, which was quickly implemented.
Community Stock To store the tools of the community, we created a small stockroom. Once again Frank did the design and Ronald and me did the enginering and construction work.
